She´s a wonderful actress and i think absolutely perfect in the role of Hollis:There´s great chemistry between her and Mark Harmon!!!I hope she´ll stay 17 out of 17 found this valuable. Do you?

'Fraid I don't see the chemistry between them - dialogues tend to fall flat as if each were speaking into space so to speak, bit like the character of 'Gerald' Ducky's previous assistant - between that actor and David McCallum the result was very similar. Quite a common occurrence in tv episodic characters.

I agree, no chemistry at all but i also agree she is a good actress, its just i like Susanna Thompson but not Hollis Mann!

She is a really good actress; I saw her in "Once and Again" and some other series and she's very talented. I do like the way she challenges Gibbs and makes the Director jealous!

Interesting -I feel that way when I watch Gibbs with the Director-I always know how their conversation will go and will end.They are very predictible for me and because of that very boring.I disagree about Jerald-he was great in his role-even he was only 17 ep in the show,i still miss his interaction with Ducky.

I did like Col. Mann. I thought they we a cute couple. Not sure what happened to cause her to retire to Hawaii. Was it just seeing how he still pined for Shannon? He was not ready for a commitment then, but maybe now since he is healing.... I like Ryan and Gibbs together too. I think they have chemistry too. But her character is starting to scare me, as she is always into head games.

Ms Thompson has a new gig in a hot new show on the CW called "Arrow" that was new this year and was renewed for a full season - It is a great show and on my list of shows not to miss - She plays the title charactor's mother who is a vilian unlike her role on NCIS eventhough none of the main charactors know she is the villian. Any fan of Ms Thompson should check her out on her new show!
