Will They / Won't They
Jul 28 2012, 4:50 PM EDT
I'm a writer at TVFanatic.com and one of my most recent articles has to do with whether fans want to see Tony and Ziva (and some couples on other shows) finally become more than friends.https://www.tvfanatic.com/2012/07/couples-commentary-will-they-wont-they-should-they/ We'd love to have you vote and get your comments on the subject. Thanks so much and enjoy! Christine 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

I think there's far more complicity between McGee and Ziva 4 out of 6 found this valuable. Do you? |

As MW said 'put Tony and Ziva together would be a disaster for the show'. NCIS will become a stupid soap opera if any of the main characters would fall in love or even just sleep together for a night.I don't see any chemistry between Tony and Ziva, and between MW and CdP too and the fact that these two actors no longer talk about their scenes together because they've two completely different idea of their scenes and the show, just confirm what I think. IMO Tony and Ziva shouldn't be, or better, are not friends despite tptb keep forcing their friendship and /or UST. In this way they make anything between Tony and Ziva more fake that it already is. 3 out of 5 found this valuable. Do you? |

I agree. NO TIVA PLEASE...I BEG YOU. It would be the end of the show. I don't see that they have anything much going for one another. They are good friends but that's it. Most likely feel some 'brotherly/sisterly rapport with each other as you can see they do care about one another, but otherwise they are as different as cheese is to chalk.

The only relationship i would like to see go back to being 'close' again in friendship, is Abby & Tim...and I say 'close friendship' but not together as in a relationship.NCIS is a crime show, not a soap opera which a lot of other shows become. I think this is why NCIS stays on top, no particular love stories, no babies, no marriages except for Palmer which is acceptable because he isn't really a major character. Humor, although Tony's personality needs a wake up call, story-lines and guest stars that aren't too big but remembered, liked and known. 3 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |

I love Abby but the only thing worst than Tiva, which I hate, is how Abby acts like McGee is cheating on her when he shows affection toward a woman. How many times has she said "And in my Lab" - The ICE girl, The gay sailer in "Lt Jane Doe", The MIT girl in "Witness" - There are others that do not come to mind. It makes me think - If you want him then take him!! 3 out of 5 found this valuable. Do you? |

Jane Doe" I personally do not want them together as a couple, friends / co-workers is ok, but other then that no. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

Please "no". I honestly do agree with "all" of the comments here. This is NOT a soap opera. But, in a way, I almost feel like it has already become one. Everytime I look at a guest list for an upcoming episode, the guests are like always under the age of 30 or 40. And, my immediate response is, well Tony will be flirting with that one. Or, that guy will definitely be hitting on Ziva or her hitting on him, making Tony jealous. This is making it into soap opera too. Abby and McGee have great chemistry, and they are so cute together. They are perfect together the way they are. I too would like to see more scenes with them together.

Let McGee find love outside the team and the same for Abby. 3 out of 4 found this valuable. Do you? |

Let's face the truth! Except for a small part of people, viewers (fans or just normal) do not want any love story among the main characters and we also want that the characters' private lives stay behind the scenes. We can have a short love scene once in a while, just to know what happens and to make the show believable, because it's not possible that they never fall in love, but nothing more.Stop the 'Who hooks up with who?', 'Who sleeps with who?' , 'Will they/Won't they?' and the old 'sex sells'!!! Get back to the believable and related to reality drama/crime show and its unique and believable characters!!! 3 out of 6 found this valuable. Do you? |

I hope the next level is just sorting out things that needed to be talked about yonks ago. Perhaps call a truce.
