"I've lost my dad many years ago, but still remember that, if I made a mistake or something bad happened and it was my fault, my dad (that adored me) didn't excuse me and tried to make me understand my mistakes and faults. That's what a parent does.

I've never heard Gibbs scolding Ziva. Never.

Ziva (as McGee and Tony) is Gibbs' agent first and it's boss' job training and punish his agents when they make a mistake, or they'll never learn anything.

Examples.
Gibbs got mad at Tony because he didn't tell him anything about LaGrenouille mission, though Tony was following the NCIS Director's orders and doing his job.
Gibbs got mad at McGee and left him without his chair kneeling in front of his desk, because Tim left Abby alone in his apartment during the case about her ex-boyfriend/stalker and the crazy guy entered and scared her.
But he didn't utter a word after he found out that Ziva had lied to him for four years about Ari and Eli's order to gain his trust, or when she hid Rivkin after he killed a fed, lied to all of them and got Tony almost killed. All of this doesn't make any sense.

SB's inexplicable love for Ziva ruined the entire show and changed all the characters for the worse. Now Ziva's character is no longer fixable and all of her realtionship with her teammates looks forced and fake.
