What episode indentified the asian lawyer as a spy?

I've watched a lot of rerun episodes and recall Gibbs feeling he made the wrong decision about a former FBI agent who joined NCIS. In the end, it was the asian lawyer female who was the bad guy. What episode was it when they found her out?

Gibbs pretty much had figured it out by the season 6 episode, "Collateral Damage" and set in motion an elaborate plan to trap her and, subsequently, her handler in the two episodes "Cloak" and "Dagger".
