i was watchin the season finale of season 9 of NCIS and (sorry to say) ducky dies . i think has a heart attack or somethin because what happened was he was at jimmy's wedding and.. and there was an explosion in director vances car in front of abby's room set of a terrorist... so he got a call from them and said somethin (they didnt say) but it was about the explosion or the bodies? and when he hung up he got this look on his face and fell and died.... (he was walking on the beach) ..................................i think he is dead because his eyes stayed open and the rest of the show (aka. repeating NCIS) was silent .........

Yes, I can see how you conclude this. I concluded that he suffered a heart attack but figure that whether ducky lives or die is the cliff hanger. One thing that goes against your conclusion is the Wikipedia reference which states: "In late April, 2012 it was announced that McCallum had reached agreement on a two-year contract extension with CBS-TV. The move means he could remain an NCIS regular past his eightieth birthday.[11] Perhaps when they did the episode, they did not really know about the outcome and this allowed them to go either way if McCallum did not agree to sign on. However, if the reference is correct, I suspect that paramedics or perhaps Palmer will resusitate him.

Extreme stress can do things like what happened to Ducky. He'll be fine.

I hate to spoil it for you lol we don't know if or who dies but it will not be Ducky unless he is cast in a new role he has a contract til 2014 which was signed April.
