Anybody else think Deering's son could have been on Cape Fear, from Hiatus, which is shy he blames Gibbs for not stopping the attack. It would explain why is blowing up ships, just like how Cape Fear blew up.

Loved it until we got to the boat and now it is a guy after Gibbs and JLC. I am glad we have the party to look forward to.

Episode was pretty good. Can't wait for next week. Only issue was the whole reveal at the end seemed to lack the emotional surprise. Maybe if we had seen Vance earlier in the episode, or even just seen him on MTAC, it would have worked better.

Or, it’s like with when Jenny died on the show. She was out of quite a few episodes in the season she died in. The preview for next week and the description make it look like someone is going to die. I would have a problem if any member of the team were to leave, because they all make the show the Great show that it is. It was a fair episode. Waaayy too much JLC. Since when does Gibbs need a lie detector?! All the Ryan character does is the "I know something but can't tell you" thing and barf inducing flirting. Yuck! Maybe if so much attention wasn't spent on her, the story might have been more interesting. I think we've seen more of Ryan than Jimmy this season. Another episode ruined with an unnecessary character taking time away from the regulars. The only really good parts were Jimmy obsessing about the bachelor party and the fake bachelor party!

The title of next weeks episode makes me think that it will be Jimmy or Brianna or Vance's wife. Does anyone know if there are open contracts out there? Like DM has a 2 yr. It made me really scared that we will lose someone...but JLC ..could she be part of the team?

Too much JLC. The fact that Gibbs still doesn't trust her shows their relationship is not going to bode well, and thank god for that.I'm ok with her on the show but not as a love interest for Gibbs. I actually think they're setting her up for a spin- off. 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

My friend and I thought a couple of days ago when Ducky was talking about his will it might be him then I saw he renewed his contract. Thing is next week is the finale which is supposed to be in Florida I thought and yet all scenes for next week's episode show them at the navy yard. :(

I'm not sure what to make of this episode. I feel like it was kind of a filler episode. Dr. Ryan is growing on me and I liked it when she stared Gibbs down on being "human." Really felt like Gibbs might have met his match. But, wanted more team dynamics in this episode. Also, felt like McGee was more of the SFA in this episode than Tony. Not that McGee doesn't deserve a little more screen time, it just seemed odd to me.

I thought this episode stuck to the bigger terrorism SF plot very nicely, but it's raised one too many questions -- Again a villain fixated with Gibbs? Just general terrorism motivated by a personal tragedy would have been nice. - The tooth bug - why Dorneget? I mean, Dearing could have targeted someone higher up... - I am really curious about this Ryan character now. What kind of a person would be more interested in playing personality wars in times of terrorism, and maybe mislead an investigation and make them waste time? Today, for the first time I really didn't trust her. - Jonathan Cole and Harper Dearing - are they in cahoots? The phantom eight microchip...? I don't know if it is going to make the plot interesting or more confusing. -Vance being MIA the last two episodes, and now he is really missing? I don't want Vance to be killed, he is good for the team, and he's been a good director so far, imho... Light moments, good ones - -The dentist's chair -Jimmy fretting over the bachelor's party -Jimmy actually called Gibbs 'Leroy', while they were all 'drinking' up! The little boy is growing up! :) -Abby's costume... :D Pure Abby! -Tony still fretting about Gibb's love-life, and Ziva's 'I don't want to pry' reply - nice Gibblets moment. One thing I didn't like - Gibbs and Ryan moments. Ryan's line of 'you marinate in it' is true of Gibbs, and the human line implied more emotion, but there really wasn't the chemistry to add weight to the scenes. It felt like leading to nowhere. Good episode in all, and the 'scenes from the next episode' is too intriguing. I'll stay glued to the seat next Tuesday... 5 out of 5 found this valuable. Do you? |
