"Someone suggested that the eyes were the Jesse Stern cameo promised to us - I would love that solution as none of our loved ones would be the victim BUT I fear that's wishful thinking. The idea of Jeanne or one of La Granouille's sons was also one of my first thoughts. But that may not explain the other P2P kills.

My idea I had is that Vance brings the "trouble" to NCIS and he suspects one of EJs team is the P2P killer (ie like whole NCIS mole story). Maybe we wll find out if any of EJs team has medical knowledge next week.Afterall EJs team has been DC the last few weeks , ample time to secure accidental "inside" information from EJ and kill a new victum or two.
