Lol, they have already started to sell Christmas stuffs here since early this month. In Trinidad from mid October, some stores already start putting Christmas stuff on sale or decorating their stores. And new stores that sell only Christmas items start popping up from early October. But from late October my parents start buying Christmas stuffs, like decorations and whatnot. (i can't wait for christmas!! :D) Hot Cross buns start to sell in time, from like the week before Easter.

Hey Bells, do Australia have Halloween too? I know it's common in the USA and England, but I am not sure about other countries. Halloween is not celebrated here in Trinidad, but some stores, especially American stores will see a few Halloween items. And some costumes will be sold for people who go to clubs that celebrate Halloween and the people can wear costumes. But other than that Halloween don't really exist here :D Do you find this valuable?

Bells, can you change your display to 50 instead of 20? Doesn't cure the problem, but might get you around it for that particular message. Do you find this valuable?

We've had Christmas stuff in the shops since early September...

And we celebrate Halloween in Scotland, but it's not a big deal...I don't like it much, and I've only dressed up once in the past ten years (As Supergirl, comic book geek I am XD) Do you find this valuable?

My favourite free forum provider is zetaboards...been using them for six years now, and I think the longest we were offline for in the whole of that time was 6 hours while they upgraded us :) Unfortunately interfacing a site to go along with a forum there is not a simple thing to do, and I gave up as it was too time consuming Do you find this valuable?

No. its not our thing, although there are a few organized halloween partys now. Sometimes in the last 3 years, a few kids have come to the door but I don't want to start all that up. Do you find this valuable?

Yeah, and I don't think there would ever be a way to move the posts, and certainly not the site content...hopefully wetpaint will get their act together, but Zetaboards is a viable option if wetpaint continues to act up.

I'm still not getting notifications for posts, and when I do the links don't work :( Do you find this valuable?

Yes, me too..no notifications at all. When they fix it I suppose we'll all get 500 messages at once..lol..If a wiki is moved it has to start again as far as posts are concerned. Most of the other stuff could be copied and pasted and the photos would all have to be re-done. I know someone who moved their wiki-house and it was very time consuming re-starting and their wiki wasn't as big as this one. But anyway, lets hope wetpaint get their act together soon. I havn't seen too many sites with the great set up that they do offer. Do you find this valuable?

I called some members out on their hypocrisy of a certain subject that seems to have overtaken that forum, and got accused of "having a hissy fit" and got told I had "no right to complain"

Oh I give up, lol! Do you find this valuable?

Yeah...I keep away from a couple of threads here that drive me nuts with silly replies. I didn't get any notifications from here this morning. I got one from Criminal Minds thats all. It seems there are still problems. Do you find this valuable?

No, this wasn't on this forum, but another one entirely, but yeah you get silliness on every forum...sadly this was pettiness and 'throwing toys out of the cot' rather than plan silliness.

Hi Bells - I thought this morning that the problems had been sorted because I received Emails for all my threads and the links worked to both sites. Guess what - nothing at all since. Here we go again!!!!!! Do you find this valuable?

Hehe...NCIS got mentioned today on 'Neighbours' (Australian Soap Opera).

Funnily enough it was during a scene concerning Alan Dale's character's son :D

I think our Australian friends would have seen the episode a few months back :) Do you find this valuable?

Really...thats awesome. I don't watch Neighbours. I watch Home And Away as I felt it was much better. Havn't tuned into it for 2 years now. One of the young stars who recently left lives not that far from me and I have seen him at the local shopping centre a couple of times now.
Sadly, yesterday, Tom Bosley who played Howard Cunningham in Happy Days passed away. He died of a heart problem and he was 82 years old. Do you find this valuable?
