As a former marine, I can relate to Gibbs. If you do not have disipline you have chaos. This results in bad investigations and a low clearance rate

Hi there toycop2199....pleased to meet you. Yes, self discipline in most things you do in life is a good thing. Gibbs handles it very well..his stare works well as does the headslap. A kinder why instead of really raving and ranting a lot of the time. I think Gibbs gets his message across well.
