The guhfight takes place in an airport and there are : Tony , Ziva , McGee , Dean and another man .
Tony wears the NCIS jacket and it seems he went there alone on an NCIS car . He shoots .
McGee wears a black jacket too (NCIS ?) , has some blood spares or cuts on his face and it seems he went there alone on another NCIS car . He shoots .
Ziva is dressed up as in 4.14 "Blowback" (total black , with hat) and she's a sniper again , but this time she's shooting .
Dean takes some shots .

"I have freeze framed it step by step - there is Dean, then some other bad guy, then McGee, then Ziva - no Tony. I have seen the promo pictures where Tony is in his NCIS jacket like the others near a car but I do not see him in this promo.

In fact, when I freeze frame it on the man who gets shot - From the hair and the body (yes, I spend a lot of time looking at MW's fine form)- I'm thinking it's Tony. I know that the pics show Tony at an airport in his NCIS jacket, etc. but I can't help thinking back to season 2.

We were all told that someone was going to die. Most of the interviews done right before the season 2 finale showed them filming at the site where the car explosion took place - with the interviewers asking who was going to get blown up. I thought someone was going to die after an explosion.

When the episode arrived and Tony stayed with the car, I kept saying, "They wouldn't." Then the car exploded and we all saw what happened. Then, on the roof, Kate was shot. Did she die? No. She was wearing a bullet proof vest. Just when you think that someone did not really die, you just thought they did, Kate was shot again with a few seconds to go in the episode.

They threw out red herrings to us - I believe that is what they are doing in this episode. Everyone keeps focusing on the big gun fight ..."
