Rule Fifty-One

Hi piper, we know from 'Switch' (I think it is?) that Gibbs has about 50 rules at the beginning of S3, so several of us are guessing that either he's made up a new one due to some unexpected circumstance, or it's one that he hasn't told the team yet (maybe because it's personal, or because he's conflicted about it). Either way, viewers have never been told before about a fifty-first rule.

We should just post ideas about what Rule 51 could be (or become, since it's supposed to be created now or later). Here are mine:- Go to the bathroom before going out. - Don't ever, EVER go to Mexico. - Don't ever, EVER let anyone in your team go to Mexico. - Don't break the law to do a favor. You will pay for it. - Don't break the law, period. - If you want to live, never mess with a marine's Abby. - Lock your house. "Rule 51-All rules are off."Since it says in the summary of the episode: "Gibbs has to reassess the rules by which he lives when he is forced to make a devastating choice to save the lives of his team", I wonder if your quote about all rules being off is true. It sounds like it could be. 5 out of 5 found this valuable. Do you? |

yeah i have no idea what it could be but i really, really, really want to see this episode! we won't see it for ages where i live!but i love the idea of "when all else fails, run!" :) Do you find this valuable? |

"Since it says in the summary of the episode:I agree.We all know that Gibbs would do anything to keep the team, (heck, lets call them what they really are: 'his kids') safe. If they're really in danger like the writers have been implying, I think Gibbs would abbandon his rules to save them if that's what it took. Either way, I am sooooooo excited for this episode.Despite the season ending and the cliffhanger I know is coming, I have a feeling this is going to be a really, really great episode.
