Happy Warm Fuzzy...its a "feeling"..be happy..warm..and talk-a-tive..and you aren't ignorant mate. It is a chat room where you can talk about your weekends activities, or what your friends and you have done lately..just say hi to everyone.
And hello to you KeliCraig. What have you been doing over the Easter break?

Hey bellswebster, hope you had a good Easter break, just wondering where you are - obviously in Qld, north, south, east or west? I live in central NSW where the weather has really started to turn!

I agree with you there, though my all time favourite was the light /silvery grey valour jacket with either pale blue or maroon shirt, made those blue eyes sparkle! But then anything he wears is OK with me!

It's a pity they couldn't build a big fence around it to keep these ships away! Silly I know but rules don't work!

I'm so glad Kelicraig asked. I've been trying to figure it out...unsuccessfully. I'm in Southern California where its a little windy with the chance of a sprinkle or two. Just added some inexpensive gold type fish to my pond with high hopes that the neighborhood raccoon doesn't discover them too soon. The earthquake rattled just long enough for me to wonder if I should get under a table or something....The aftershocks in the middle of the night drove my dogs to distraction but all seems well now..(fingers crossed). How delicious that we are all over the world...and talking!

Gidday Tigram. We heard about the earthquake and just how far the shocks were felt. I believe California? is built on an earthquake belt...I might be wrong. I live in Australia and out of the blue about 15 years ago Newcastle in our state of New South Wales had a really bad earthquake with buildings collapsing. I think Melbourne in our state of Victoria had a few bad tremours only last year. Do you find this valuable?

So true Bells, they seem to happen at the most unexpected places, where they have never happened before. And they cause so much distress and distruction.
My son tells me that TPTB predict that San Francisco will have a really big quake along that bad fault line, (I don't remember what it is called) and it will cause a sunami that will reach 150kms inland from Sydney - basically half way up the Blue Mountains.
I really hope that they are wrong for all our sakes both here and in America, and heaven forbid that something like this should interupt the production of our favourite show!

Unexpected places and unexpected times...California has a lot of fault lines that extend into Baja California and the Mexican mainland. The San Andreas Fault is the one most talked about. However, most of the seismic (sp?) activity has occurred along other lesser known (to the general public) fault lines. So its " expect the best and prepare for the worst," as one would for other natural disasters.
