My favorites villians (an oxymoron actually!) are:
1.Ari Haswari - he was extremely suave and almost convinced everyone that he was an undercover Mossad officer and not an Al/Qaeda or Hamas terrorist. If it hadnt been Gibbs persistence he would have gotten away with it. Made a lasting impression on the show since he gets mentioned almost everyone season at least once. And thanks to that storyline, we got 2 wonderful new characters (not that old ones were bad) - Ziva David and Jimmy Palmer.
2. Kyle Boone – really creepy guy! He matched Gibbs in terms of screen presence. The scene when he is standing still in the interrogation room all night without moving a muscle and looks up the camera exactly when Gibbs is looking at him was really creepy. Havent seen anyone else get under Gibbs skin so much!

Kyle Boon amused me. You noticed the actor looked a lot like Ted Bundy?

Yes, he did....and I am guessing the episode was inspired by him as well.....I found Kyle Boone creepy.....I dont watch too many movies on serial killers, may be thats why! Of course by I had kind of guessed the story, but I still found him creepy.

Personally I think it was another joke aimed squarely at Mark.... who played Ted Bundy with chilling accuracy.

I totally agree with you, probie 007, setting aside all of the damage they inflicted, I actually really liked ari, and like I loved the ari stroy arc, and loved how they brought it up again this season, the actor who played him, whose name temporaily escapes me, was fantastic, I also liked kyle boone as well, and the frog, and even shaleam, although it is harder for me to be neatraul to him, I also liked sharif, who was clever enough to almost kill the team several times, get away, and no one really suspected him, until they heard his name, I also liked micky, in one of the early season 4 eps, who also managed to do the same thing

She was and I thought of mentioning her as well, but decided against since it was only in the end they find out and there werent any confrontational scenes between her and Gibbs.....

And that butcher serial killer in "Skeletons", last scene when Gibbs and Mann opened the back door of the van that was one hell of a shock to me.

One of mine would have to be Chip! I loved it when you're made to believe he was threatening Abby only to find she'd overpowered him and had him duct taped and helpless on the floor! Do you find this valuable?

Chip, creeped you out? He made me laugh more than anything else, Gibbs had me cracking up when he told him "Wipe that dirt off your lip!".
