"My favorites villians (an oxymoron actually!) are:
1.Ari Haswari - he was extremely suave and almost convinced everyone that he was an undercover Mossad officer and not an Al/Qaeda or Hamas terrorist. If it hadnt been Gibbs persistence he would have gotten away with it. Made a lasting impression on the show since he gets mentioned almost everyone season at least once. And thanks to that storyline, we got 2 wonderful new characters (not that old ones were bad) - Ziva David and Jimmy Palmer.
2. Kyle Boone – really creepy guy! He matched Gibbs in terms of screen presence. The scene when he is standing still in the interrogation room all night without moving a muscle and looks up the camera exactly when Gibbs is looking at him was really creepy. Havent seen anyone else get under Gibbs skin so much!"

"Yes, he did....and I am guessing the episode was inspired by him as well.....I found Kyle Boone creepy.....I dont watch too many movies on serial killers, may be thats why! Of course by I had kind of guessed the story, but I still found him creepy.
