I do not like the relationship between Tony and Ziva. Tony is such a sleaze with women,
a relationship more like he had with Kate would be more appropriate. Ziva is more the
dominating relationship, but not with Tony.

yeah. i mean for awhile he was like maturing... its like this is a long rebound type thing since jeanne. but.. i mean ziva knows he can be serious, he just hides. but i think he is capable to change from womanizer to a relationship type guy. i think he has some feelings for ziva.. because he's always been intersted in what she does n all... but right now. it seems he doesnt want to get too close.. like hes building their friendship n all again.. but things will get back to normal. plus i think that tony is like seeing she has no love interst in her life right now.. so he's at ease. but when she does.. he gets like in her busines.. n the faces and expressions he shows, he looks like disappointed.. like jealous. and i think ziva doesnt do the same because she knows its not serious.. if he was mor serious, i think she'd be more jelaous. ya know? plus i go off of what cote and michael talk about in interviews.. bout their relationship.. how there is so much flirtation, etc.

In 7.05 Code of Conduct, the stepdaughter turned out to be the 'bad guy.' She left her friend's party, put liquid nitrogen in a thermos, and gave it to her stepfather to drink in his garage. A struggle ensued and a computer monitor was broken while he was presumably flailing around. It would only take a little sip to kill him, but death would have taken a few minutes (is what I believe Ducky said). On the video obtained from the boys, Gibbs later saw the car in the street (instead of where it was found in the driveway) and somehow figured out that the stepdaughter did it because the seat was still pushed all the way forward (and she's short, so she would have been the last person to drive it).

Now ... here is my question. How did that petite girl drag her now-dead big Marine stepfather into the car (now parked in the driveway) by herself -- without being seen -- and then set it up with the garden hose and duck tape to make it look like her stepmother was guilty of staging a suicide -- again without being seen? What am I missing? Help?

Your right! It seems the crime was the backstory in this Halloween episode.

Hmmm.....well, the "not being seen" part may not have been too important, because anyone who saw her might just think it was Halloween decor. But, yeah, she would have had a time of it. But with enough time and the proper garage equipment, you can do just about anything.

Question: I love Tony... he is one of my favourite characters, but... there are times when his incredibly juvenile behaviour does my head in... The blue teeth made me slightly hysterical... Ziva gets her own back!!! Do you find this valuable?
