I agree with you on the credits, I would love new credits, one reason why they might not be giving us them, is because ziva's future is so much up in the air, that if they gave us new credits from the start, we could be able to guess, unless they only used scenes from TorC, but they weren't really credit material, really.

But in regards to the episode, I also really enjoyed it, and it was a nice refreshing change from the other more ansty episodes, not that they weren't brillent, but this one was differemt, this ep also had more hummour in it, so it's settling down more, which is good. However in this ep the only thing that annoyed me was ggibbs attitude to not only ziva, but the rest of the team and especially ziva, he was beond his useal gibbs self, which I understand why he is like this, but it still doesn't make me like it

Good point on the credits. Hopefully we will get new credits after "Good Cop Bad Cop" airs tonight in the USA. Because Ziva is confirmed as an agent by the next episode "Code of Conduct". *grins* She is officially the team's new Probie!

Opening credits are relatively expensive, and most shows don't change them every season. Still, new ones would be nice and given the shows success right now, I can imagine the network would be that unwilling to spend a little more cash to please fans.

Actually, NCIS has made small changes each season. Even if it is just removing one image and replacing it with another.
