How to post
Jul 7 2009, 2:06 PM EDT
They say everyone has ONE story in them to tell. I wrote mine a short a while back. Posted a version of it on another site. wasn't quite happy thought it needed more work done to it. Happy with it now. Now I'd like to post it here I added my monicker to the Fan Fiction index but now at a loss as to how to proceed. Can anyone tell me what to do?

Go to the NCIS FanFiction Index page then click on Add page (on the lefthand side of the page) give your fiction page a title then click add page on the box that pops up. Then to add your story click Easy Edit, add your story, then click Save.

"I still need to know how to connect my name to the author board? please"Click on link in the toolbar then either add: story name or if you plan on writing more and have created your own index, write for example: joe bloggs' fanfic then click accept and that's it. Do you find this valuable? |

I do have an Apply to Be A Writer button. I did click on this a submit my request a week ago, but haven't heard anything back yet. Do you find this valuable? |

Same here, though I didn't have enough courage to poke the 'Apply to Be A Writer' button, because my fanfiction is barely started. Frankly, the entire 'Writer' system confuses me. How does one become a writer, exactly (besides clicking the button)? Does it require a certain number of posts or compliments or something? And if you're writer for one thing (like fanfiction), are you automatically a writer for other stuff? I checked the how-to pages, but they mention nothing about being a writer except for the fact that this miraculously means you can edit pages.

And yes, you can then contribute to other pages as well...enjoy. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
