Don't forget him. :) Very interesting theory, mewofford. I totally didn't catch the "Keith" bit ... will have to watch it again to verify. Which leads to the question: why? "If Vance is really Tyler than that means Tara is HIS sister, not the sister of the dead guy.I just went back and re-watched that part. She calls him "Teek." As in short for "T.K.?" And I felt she was leading up to revealing a different relationship to Vance when he was talking to her at NCIS. I was expecting her to reveal she was his sister or ex or something. Hmmm. Perhaps he switched names and pasts with his old trainer? 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

"I thought that was supposed to be irony - Cole shook her head in a negative manner, as if to warn off the people in the town car, but neither Tim nor Ziva noticed this because they were purely focused on the vehicle and not their principal. So I thought it was supposed to be a hint that Ziva DOESN'T catch everything 'cause she didn't see that Banks & Cole were "together" and Cole was saying "don't try to 'rescue' me; I'm okay." I didn't see it as her hinting at anything Tiva related 'cause she'd barely seen them interact at all."I just re-watched that, too, and you could be right, but Ziva would not have seen Banks and Cole together to have observed them and no one, not even Vance, knew that she had married Banks. There would not have been any clues there for Ziva to have missed, except her shaking her head "no", but she couldn't see that without turning her back to the town car, which she would *not* have done having been told that they were out to get Cole. I just assumed, at first glance, that it was another not-so-subtle hint regarding Tony and Ziva not noticing each other, because she made several such comments. Definitely going to have to re-watch this ep uninterrupted and when I'm more observant. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Definitely going to have to re-watch this ep uninterrupted and when I'm more observant."Well, the reason I don't necessarily think that's the case is because Cole really didn't see Tony and Ziva interact much beyond that "I'm here to relieve" you moment and I find it difficult to believe that she would be able to pick up the "they're in angsty lurve" vibe from just that scene. Hence my assumption that it was just intended to show that Ziva wasn't infallible and thus, didn't realize Cole was simply signaling the people in the town car. OMG! Okay several things I loved about this epi: [because 86 replies takes too long to read]---Gibbs has his car from heartland and this is the first time we get to see it again! ---Gibbs looks really happy in parts of this episode ---The headslaps are back! ---Tony opens up about his love life and the girl says "your answers are close to home" or something along those lines [tiva] things i didn;t like: ----More questions created by vance episode than answered ----Barely any McGee moments 2 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |

I hate it when a show implies a master plan yet as the episodes air, it becomes categorically obvious to everyone watching that there ISN'T a plan and never was. Does anyone know what Gibbs and Abby were signing to each other in the lab and then again in the elevator? I wish they would put in subtitles when either of them use sign language, so we could know what they are saying to each other!

rkent36She didn't see them interact but she did talk to each of them on a one-to-one basis. Enough with Ziva that she showed Tara the picture of Rivkin. And certainly Tara had Tony's number from the git-go! Actually, the way Tony reacted to her knowledgable scrutiny reminded me very much of the interaction between Grissom and Lady Heather on her first episode of CSI. I really liked a lot of things about the episode too.Loved the whole pitbull conversation between Vance and Gibbs. Man, how many time have I called Gibbs a bulldog in the years I've watched the show? Felt like vindication!! hehe Loved Vance and his family. Obviously, no matter what else the man is or has done, he loves his family and they love him. And Gibbs saw that. It was why he was so relaxed. It was interesting that Tony thinks of dating as brokering a deal and now, he can't close the deal (as in have sex). Daddy did leave his mark on the boy! this episode left an impression in my mind of Tony and Ziva blundering around in the dark trying to find each other. And with the headslaps was Jethro giving Tony permission to seek out Ziva' for "physical contact?" I mean Jethro said he knew, and Tony said "You know?" and then he said, "You know." That was the only thing I could think Gibbs meant! Not real TIVA in this but lots of implied TIVA. Good but highly frustrating. Loved McGee's look in the car when Tara finds the wallet and realized there's a condom in it and starts talking about the expiration date. McGee has known all along. 2 out of 2 found this valuable.
