"Hi. I'm a very new fan of the show. About a month ago, I turned on USA for a little background noise, and promptly got hooked. Thought I'd catch another episode a few days later, and turned it on just in time to see Kate take a bullet to the skull. At that point I figured I'd better start at the beginning. I'm working my way through the story at a fairly rapid rate now. I'm midway through season three. (So please no spoilers. The first two seasons were slightly ruined by knowing Kate wasn't going to last long)

Although I've found the whole series, thanks to the many internet sites out there for such things, I can't find the pilot episodes. Not the first episode with Air Force One: the JAG two-parter. I believe it was called Ice Queen. So far all I've located was a brief clip on YouTube of Tony being... Tony.

Anyone know where I could find a site or download? I'd really like to know where this all began.

And (I know I said no spoilers but...) will I ever find an episode explaining exactly why Gibbs hired Tony? He's such an aquired taste that I don't understand why Gibbs didn't shoot him upon their first meeting. "
