I have written to other tv actors with no photo and no reply coupon, and so far I have had return signed photos. The older stars who aren't acting much need their own photos and a return mail coupon."

"A return mail coupon is an overseas return postage thing. You get them from a post office. You only need one if you live outside the country you want to write in to. So if you are American, you would only need postage stamps. I live in Australia so I would put in a coupon which costs me $2.60 each. Perhaps I would put in 2 if I was asking for photos of 3 or 4 cast members from NCIS. Better to have more than less. They can always use the rest of the payment towards someone elses' return mail.
