Mike Franks Returns

It appears to have been confirmed that Gibbs's former boss, Mike Franks is once again appearing on NCIS in the season finale.

I have to say, I'm not really looking forward to his reappearance. I thought we were done with him when his son died. I don't know why, but the character just doesn't really jive with me. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
