According to this Ducky should be there. But in what capacity???
David McCallum will return to NCIS for a 10th season next fall, and an 11th the year after that if the series continues on CBS. The original cast member agreed to a new, two-year contract this week.
(May, 1 2012) McCallum is one of four original cast members whose contracts are up at the end of this season (9), along with Michael Weatherly, Pauley Perrette and Sean Murray (who joined during the first season).
During the quartet’s previous renegotiation two years ago, McCallum again was the first to reach a new agreement at the end of April. Talks with the other three stretched past the upfronts into June.
There is indication of that scenario happening again this year, with Weatherly, Perrette and Murray all in various stages of new negotiations. All ultimately re-signed then, of course, and are expected to again.
The rest of the cast, including leading man and executive producer Mark Harmon, is already under contract through the conclusion of NCIS Season 10, which was recently announced by CBS.
The Scottish-born McCallum, 78, has been a TV institution for decades, most notably in The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Sapphire & Steel, and now our beloved Dr. Donald "Ducky" Mallard on NCIS.

Okay, spoiler coming up, so don't read if you don't like them.
It is official, Ziva is definitely going to live past "Recoil." I was checking out the link this site has to CBS press release photos and saw Ziva and Tony with their guns drawn in the release for "About Face."
Also, if you want some info on who survives, check out the photos for pictures of the team in search of someone who killed "one of their own"

Sorry..I am also new and I posted this as a reply first..but I'd like to hear from you whether or not this could really happen..whatever..it is a bit of a reply.. to what May said
Hey there.. I gotta say that I LOVE that idea of an episode..
I am so in love with jenny *+* and i dream of a jibbs in action ep almost every day, but..though.. I think the episode description is a trap.. i have just read the german description but it sounded like they wasn't covered in their own blood.. see..it's always like that..u think YES! some drama comes up..and then it's all just a little mess..

That episode sounds VERRRRy good.....can't wait!!!! but i also think that if anyone is being bloodied up it wil be McGee,Ziva and Tony.........ahhh the suspense and agony!
