"Tom, did Ziva go to the bar last night?" Ari asked his friend. "Yeah she was in there for an hour and left with some guy who paid for her drink." "So she got bored of waiting for me." He left the cafe and walked to his sister's hotel room and knocked on the door. "Ziva? It's Ari."
Author note: sorry I took so long to write chapter2 and that is not the long chapter3 is sort too.
Tony smiled at his sleeping girlfriend. They had only been seeing each other for about two and a bit weeks but he was already in love with her. He hadn't told her yet but he was...going to tell her that night.

Paris,France
"Hey do you speak English?" Tony asked the bartender. "Yes" "Can I have a beer and whatever this lady wants," Tony said. "Red wine and my name is Ziva, not lady" "Of course it is. I'm Tony" "Shalom Tony," and after the bartender gave her the wine she ordered "Toda Tom" "Do you want to find a table and join me?" he said. "Yes but I'm meeting my brother here," she answered. "He can join us or you can wait with me 'til he gets here." "ok." They got a table. "So you're American no?" Ziva asked."Yes and you are..." GOD SHE'S HOT!

"Hey," Tony said sheepishly. SHE IS AMAZING. "Hey" she answered, then smiled as he held her tighter. Suddenly there was a knock on the door "Ziva? It's Ari." "You have a boyfriend?" Tony whispered. " No-Ari's my brother," she whispered back as she got her underwear and dressing gown on. She passed Tony his underwear and pants. "Ziva?" came from outside. "Ari I'm not dressed-wait a minute!" "OK." After Tony got his pants on and was near the door, Ziva reappeared from the bathroom wearing a black skirt and a white shirt. She walked over to the door and opened the door. "Who is your friend Ziva?" Ari asked looking at Tony. "This is Tony DiNozzo, Ari." "Shalom. Ziva did you get bored of waiting for me or did you see someone you wanted to play with?" he asked in Hebew. She just smiled. "You made this? Or is it room service?" Ziva asked. "What do you think?" he replied. "Room service." "You got it in one." "That is good no?" "Yes. Come here Sweetcheeks." "No." "Why?" "Because you're going to break up with me." "Why'd you think that?" "You're going home next week." He looked at her. Then put his hand in his pocket and felt the box that had a surprise in it for Ziva. "Fine," as he walked over to her. He got on one knee and took the box out of his pocket. "I love you so much Zeevah. Will you marry me?" "I love you too. That is why no. I'm so so sorry Tony."Chapter3: "Why No"
