I'm surprised more people haven't said Gibbs. I think he's deliciously gorgeous; like Abby says, it's that whole silver fox thing. I also think Tony is hot. So is Corporal Damon Worth. I squealed when he showed up again in Outlaws and In-Laws. Ari is pretty hot as well, too bad he's evil and killed Kate :(
