they each had similar leadership styles, like not exactly being a very friendly and making themselves equal with there employes while still being very well liked and respected, but all three have distinct flares, like tony's campfires, and his more open atitude, I think that gibbs style of the leadership is the best and most effective personally, but all three still made there 'followers' very loyal and respect them
