Season 2 Highlights

Premiered on Tuesday, September 28, 2004. In this season we saw the arrival of "Probie" NCIS Special Agent, Timothy McGee. He is very computer savvy and wanted nothing more than to do his job and please Gibbs. Of course, Tony takes advantage of McGee's "new" status and picks on him at every turn.

We saw the return of terrorist Ari which resulted in his and Gibbs' continued cat and mouse fight. The ending result was the shocking season finale when Ari took out one of our favorite NCIS Agents.
  • McGee became an official member of the team in the first episode of the season: "See No Evil."
  • Ari came back on the scene.
  • Tony contracted the plague.
  • Kate was killed in the shocking season finale "Twilight."
