- 4.01 and 4.02 Shalom and Escaped Neither have met despite both being major characters in the show.
- These two are an odd couple. Palmer is Ducky's assistant, who's quite nervous much in the same way as McGee, and from what we're led to believe pretty much on the same intelligence level. Like Ducky he also lives with his mother. Lee is a Harvard law graduate, who didn't fit in too well with the Giblets while Tony was in command, and was very much a tittle tattle. However, the relationship between the two appears to be very much sex based and proof it is that they tend to jump on each other at every opportunity they get, even in the morgue, and as a result some of Lee's underwear has ended up there. There doesn't seem to be much conversation between them, it's a very much 'aquí te pillo, aquí te mato' situation where lust overrides everything else including common sense to a certain extent.
- 4.08 Once A Hero She brings in a report to Ducky. Then when Ducky's back is turned they sneak into the closet to have sex. Later, they sneak out. Then when she is dressed as a "ho" undercover, he openly takes notice and she smiles.
- 4.10 Smoked Palmer and Lee have sex in the NCIS van when Palmer is supposed to be getting Dr. Mallard's bag.
- 4.11 Driven Palmer walks into the lab with lipstick on his cheek, but before anyone can notice, he wipes it off. One would assume it was from Agent Lee even though he never says it.
- 4.16 Dead Man Walking Palmer sees Lee walk into the room and immediately jumps her.
- 4.22 In the Dark Ducky finds a leopard print bra in the drawer, Palmer claims not to know its origin. When Ducky leaves, he calls someone to let her know it was found and finds out there are also missing undies that match. (I assume on the other end is Agent Lee).
He had the warrant that Lee was supposed to be carrying, he claimed that she faxed it over and he was delivering it.

- Almost all season no proof of a relationship.

| Season 6 |
- 6.01 Last Man Standing Palmer tells Vance and Gibbs that he and Lee broke up a few months back because he felt like she was using him.
At the end of the episode, you see that Lee actually is up to something and thus, I feel bad for Palmer because she really was using him.
