CBS Episode synopsis: A dead body is found in a barrel of acid on Norfolk Naval Base. A fragment of tattoo, a dolphin tail, points to the dead man being a submariner. When all submariners are accounted for, it becomes apparent there is an impostor on one of the submarines.
1.11 EYE SPY - Co-written with George Schenk and Dana Coen.
CBS Episode synopsis: When a Navy Commander, who was a technical adviser to a civilian contractor for a Navy weapon, is found dead on the beach, the NCIS team investigates the murder using satellite technology.
1.19 DEAD MAN TALKING - Co-written with George Schenk.
CBS Episode synopsis: Gibbs and his team are called to investigate when a fellow NCIS Agent is found murdered.
2.03 VANISHED - Co-written with George Schenk.
CBS Episode synopsis: A Marine helicopter is discovered in the middle of a crop circle in a rural area and the pilots are missing. Soon, NCIS discovers that only one of the the pilots was on the flight and there is a decade long feud going on it town, and that missing pilot is out for revenge.
2.08 HEART BREAK - Co-written with George Schenk.
CBS Episode synopsis: A Navy Commander dies after a successful surgery. While researching the Commander's past, the team finds out that he earned a lot of enemies lately and tracks down an ensign, making him the prime suspect . Soon Abby realizes that they've got the wrong man.
2.14 WITNESS - Co-written with George Schenk.
CBS Episode synopsis: A woman claims to have seen a murder of a sailor in a apartment across from hers. Gibbs assigns the case to McGee , who believes that it can resolve it himself. However, when there is little or no physical evidence happens , Tim persuades the team to help him.
2.21 HOMETOWN HERO - Co-written with George Schenk.
CBS Episode synopsis: After a young Marine, is killed in Iraq while saving people's lives, a body of a young woman is found among his belongings in his hometown, and now he is considered a murderer. Gibbs believes that he's innocent and decides to prove it.
3.03 MIND GAMES - Co-written with George Schenk.
CBS Episode synopsis : Gibbs is ordered to get a convicted serial killer to reveal where the bodies of his victims are before of his execution. When his first plan doesn't work, Gibbs must use his own gut feelings to persuade the man, but more recent victims are found by the team which leads to another disturbing direction.
3.10 PROBIE - Co-written with George Schenk.
CBS Episode synopsis : While on duty , McGee kills a man who is later discovered to be an undercover police detective. When Jenny decides to approve the investigation on McGee, the NCIS team is forced to prove that McGee is not guilty, pushing Gibbs' relationship with Jenny to the limits. Meanwhile, Tony is troubled with his past.
3.15 HEAD CASE - Co-written with George Schenk.
CBS Episode synopsis: While discovering an illegal automotive chop shop, the NCIS team stumbles upon a severed head of a Navy Captain, hidden in one of the car from the shop. When they find possible suspects, the team will have to find the rest of the body and find the murder .
