NCIS isn't really the kind of show that rehashes scenarios like that. I sincerely doubt that Ziva will be the one to take out her father; the writers already had her take out her brother.

Maybe she'll see the confrontation and just either walk on or stand idly by, maybe she'll even be the catalyst that starts it, but I don't think she'd take an active role. She's physically and emotionally scarred after her time in Somalia, and I don't think being actively involved in a confrontation between Gibbs and her father is something that she can handle, despite how good she is at hiding how the whole ordeal affected her. To be honest, I'm finding the fact that she's adjusting so well to be a tad unbelievable, but maybe it will be explained in later episodes.

Either way, I don't think the writers would repeat a scenario so blatantly.
