"Hi SL. One thing to remember Ducky only knew Gibbs AFTER Shannon had died. I am sure he went through some changes before he became the guy we all love. Great loss affects people in many different ways.
The way I see Tony and Gibbs is more like a Uncle with a nephew that he is trying to get into shape to be the man he knows he can be. JMHO"
