GIBBS' DESSERT (really an "escocés") A JARDINE BREAKFAST APPETISER:-) (really a San Francisco)
NCIS APPETIZERS/RECIPES - NCIS

1 double café solo (I think that's Expresso - very black sugarless coffee)
1 portion of vanilla ice-cream
1 large wine glass size of whiskey/ - I think we could use bourbon here

Take a tall glass. Add the ice-cream to the glass followed by the double café solo piping hot and then the whiskey/bourbon and serve
NCIS APPETIZERS/RECIPES - NCIS
Freshly squeezed orange juice, with a few ice cubes, sugar (if you've got a sweet-tooth) and a few squirts of lemon or grapefruit juice
DINOZZO'S CHARM (really it's a Valenciano): GOTH APPETISER OR ABBY SPECIAL (can't remember real name but was prepared by the Basque Chef Karlos Argiñano)

NCIS APPETIZERS/RECIPES - NCISFreshly squeezed orange juice
Vanilla ice cream
Grand Marnier
Served in one of those large bowl shaped glasses (the ones normally used for serving cognac in fancy restaurants), with the rim dipped in fruit juice and then rolled in sugar

NCIS APPETIZERS/RECIPES - NCIS1 blood sausage[US]/black pudding[UK](vegetable completed variety said to be the best, i.e. blood and veg)
White rice round grain or Basmati (I'd go for this latter) for say 2 or 3 people (some brands come in ration size bags - very convenient these)
Fry the blood sausage/black pudding
Prepare the white rice to taste - I normally like to add a little garlic
When ready:
Place a mound of rice on a small flat plate spread out into a thick layer
Next remove the outer skin of the blood sausage/black pudding and then crumble on top of the rice and serve with a Rioja Crianza or Rioja Reserva

TONY'S EXTRA CHEESE PEPERONI PIZZA ( bell pepper, sausage, extra cheese pizza)

Kate's Krazy Shakes: NCISchicasrock!!
NCIS APPETIZERS/RECIPES - NCIS Prepare the pizza dough with flour, olive oil, water, salt and baking powder.Take a baking pan, spread with vegetable oil.Spread out the pizza dough on the baking pan.Grill the bell peppers, dress with olive oil, garlic, parsley and salt. Prepare the sausages cooked a few minutes in a pan with water. Add tomato sauce, bells peppers, sausages and cheese on the pizza, oregano or parsley. 220/220 degrees for 15/20 minutes (the oven must be preheated)
Peel one banana, put in blender, add fruit (fresh or frozen, doesn't matter), and 1 1/2 to 2 cups of milk. Blend. Stop blender and add about 1/2-1 cup of sugar and less than a 1/8th of a teaspoon of real vanilla (if using weak vanilla extract {like the president's choice stuff}, you can use about 1/4th of a teaspoon) extract. Blend the sugar and vanilla into the smoothie. Feel free to experiment with additional ingredients and various fruits. add about another 1/2 cup of milk. Blend. Once well blended, pour into glasses and serve.

Gibbs's Suicide Salsa: by NCIS_Lover

CHOFFEE !!!! ( for those chocoholics who want Gibbs' attentiveness 24/7 !)
Makes six 500ml jars
8 Cups of Tomatoes
7 Jalapeno Peppers
3 Larges Onions
3 Garlic Cloves
2 Green Bell Peppers
2 Tbsp Dry Coriander Seeds (ground) or 2 tsp ground Coriander
3/4 Cup White Vinegar

1/2 tsp ground Cumin
1 can(156ml) Tomato Paste
2 tsp Cayenne
7 Hot Hungarian Yellow Peppers
3 Hot Hungarian Red Peppers
Blanche and coarsely chop tomatoes. Wearing rubber gloves, slit Jalapeno and optional hot peppers down the sides and remove all seeds. Finely chop all peppers, onions and garlic (food Processor works great) Combine all ingredients into large heavy saucepan. Bring to boil reduce heat and gently boil, uncovered, until Salsa reaches desired consistency: between 30 mins to 2 hours Put into 500 ml or 250 ml canning jars and process in hot water canner for 20 mins.
For MILD salsa: Just add the Jalapenos (essential) and skip the Cayenne and Hot Peppers
For MEDIUM salsa: Add the Cayenne and an extra four or five hot peppers as well
For HOT salsa: Use a dozen or more very HOT peppers.

For KILLER salsa: If all else fails any you just can't get enough HEAT, try adding a bit of "Endorphin Rush" sauce. This is supposedly the third-hottest hot sauce in the world
If you like this recipe send me a message and I can give you more :~) ENJOY!
This is something I made up, but who knows maybe it already exists.
coffee, kettle and water, cocoa powder optional: sugar milk and/or whipped cream.

1) Obviously, basically make coffee with cocoa powder ie boil the kettle, pour in a cup (yes, you need one of them too! ) and add about a spoonful of cocoa powder (spoon type is also optional ) then add sugar and milk if you have that and top with whipped cream.
Delicious !
