NCIS: The Beginning
NCIS series was first introduced during a 2 part-episode on the long-running television series "JAG" during their eighth season. These 2 episodes originally aired in April 2003 titled "Ice Queen" and "Meltdown". They edited the 2 episodes down to 1 hour. CBS ran this 1 hour episode on NCIS as a pilot titled "Navy NCIS: The Beginning" on October 21, 2003.

"Ice Queen" first aired on Tuesday, April 22, 2003, followed a week later by "Meltdown" on Tuesday, April 29, 2003. The main female cast member was NCIS Agent Viv Blackadder, played by Robyn Lively (Chicago Hope & Savannah), but replaced on the main series by Sasha Alexander's character, Special Agent Caitlin Todd.

Hello all, very new to NCIS but enjoying it immensely. Live in England so require help. Have started ordering my NCIS dvd seasons sets but am aware that there were two episodes in JAG (never got into that one) which were in turn merged into a pilot.

Can anyone point me in the right direction with whom I can email at CBS reference getting the pilot.

I am aware that this may not be the first time this request has come about as a thread so go gentle and just give me the link if this sort of request has history.
