What have we learnt from NCIS?
What has NCIS taught us about life... .. . ... let 'em have it!

That you are never too old for stuffed toys and costumes
There's no such thing as a coincidence (no matter what those books on amazing coincidences say)
Don't forget your thermal underwear when it's snowing (you can't buy it off of someone else)
Never say you're sorry, it's a sign of weakness (except between friends)
If you leave the door open while in Cuba, an Iguana may creep into your bedroom.
Photographs need happy people in them or else they look soulless (like crime scene photos)
Never go anywhere without a knife. (I wonder how many of us adhere to Rule #9)
You "shouldn't" (as Ziva said) date a co-worker, oppose to "never" (as Tony said) date a co-worker.
Best way to keep a secret, keep it to yourself.
Don't lie about sleeping on the couch if you didn't.
The Three B's: Basement, Boat, Bourbon to clear your mind and make you think.
When in doubt, go with your gut.
Never lose an opportunity to hug a friend (Abby sure doesn't).
Sharing your PC is worse than sharing your toothbrush (Abby).
Learning 18 ways to kill someone with a paperclip (Ziva of course)
Do not underestimate someone's ability to spot a lie (Ziva)
Approach life, and any situation, with confidence (Gibbs)
If you eat chicken then you're not a vegetarian (Abby)
Never date a woman who eats more than you (Tony)
Every single rule (Gibbs)
When performing an investigation with the FBI it is necessary to annoy them in every way possible (Everyone :P)
The second 'B' is for bastard (Gibbs)
Always suspect the spouse (especially the wife - Tony)
It's always the maid (or is it?)
Don't shoot a dog and expect any sympathy, even if it attacked you first
Isolation suits are way too cool to ever take off, EVER!
Always knock before entering a room, someone could always have a loaded gun on the other side
Your case, your lead.(Rule number 38)
After blowing on a "diamond," if the condensation stays, then it is a fake; condensation will evaporate immediately if it is a true diamond
Never screw over your partner (Gibbs)
