Direktor Vance ISN'T my least favorite charakter, even though he split the team end of season 5 (i could have killed him for that!!!!) since he has shown how good he is at politics and actually had a reason for it. I think Ari Hasvari, Chip, Pin Pin Pula, La Grenoille, Trent Kort, Micheal Rivkin, Eli David or Alejandro Rivera are way worse. They're the real bad boys, not Vance.

"I dont like Leon Vance at all,his character is so boring ,he has no charisma and I absolutely not enjoy watching him as new director NCIS,I bought all NCIS DVD;s up until jenny's death,I wont buy last seasons which Leon in it,its very disappoinment." Jeez. They don't even show Vance enough to hate him like that. And I find him to be charismatic. He is a much better director than the previous person. All Jenny was, was jealous of Gibbs and obsessive of the Frog. Oh yeah, and she's a murderer.
