| Vance Why? He definitely cannot be trusted like how he burnt his own file and Gibbs does not trust him so why should we. Also how he split the team up at the end of Judgment Day. I miss Jenny, she was much better! |
| Vance Why? He separated the team! He is definitely hiding something i can tell there's just something about him that bugs me! Gibbs' gut says that he is bad so he is bad and i think the Palmer aka Brian should have a place in the opening credits not Vance! | Jeanne, Vance, Namid Hadar why? Jeanne because she annoys the heck out of me by going between Ziva and Tony, Vance because he cause mistrust between Ziva and Gibbs. Namid Hadar because he blames Ziva for Rivkin's death. Don't hate Rivkin because of him Tony realizes his true feelings for Ziva . He made Tony jealous you gotta love that!! xiatien |

| Eli David Why? Because he has never even attempted to be a real father to Ziva - he has pretty much raised his children to be weapons (he once described Ziva as the sharp end of a spear). Because he is ungrateful and uses and disposes people at whim. yichelle |

| Jeanne Benoit Why? Because she was so demanding and needy - when she wanted Tony, she needed him there immediately or would keep calling. The other thing was, they were going to rent an apt together, next thing she finds a house to buy and when Tony was hesitant, she immediately got upset. I mean c'mon, what kinda person would be ready to buy a house on a whim like that? yichelle |

| Jeanne Benoit Why? I don't like her mostly cause she accused Tony of murder before even trying to get to know him properly. And I thought she was a waste of time to have her so many times in season 4/5. I know she wa ssued as a pawn, but they didn't have to use her so many times. ncis_forever!! |
| Agent Michelle Lee Why? She was very selfish and inconsiderate. She killed an innocent agent in cold blood, instead of trusting Gibbs and NCIS to have her back and help her and her sister; and if she did that, she would be with her sister today. She is also no hero in my eyes. ncis-addict |

Direktor Vance ISN'T my least favorite charakter, even though he split the team end of season 5 (i could have killed him for that!!!!) since he has shown how good he is at politics and actually had a reason for it. I think Ari Hasvari, Chip, Pin Pin Pula, La Grenoille, Trent Kort, Micheal Rivkin, Eli David or Alejandro Rivera are way worse. They're the real bad boys, not Vance.
