I recently took an NCIS quiz that asked how many kids La Grenouille had and looking here, I can see that he supposedly had 2 others after Jeanne. What episode is it revealed that Jeanne has siblings?

When Ducky (undercover as "Charles Harrow") and Rene Benoit are sitting in the car before exchanging ARES for diamonds, Benoit asks Ducky if he has any children, Ducky responds "no", and Benoit replies "I have three; everything I do is for them." They could be older or younger siblings.
