| "The Curse"- When Kate walks in with coffee and Gibbs and Tony are asleep. Then Gibbs wakes up and says, "Coffee". Then walks over to Kate's desk and drinks the coffee. Meanwhile, DiNozzo wakes up with his hair sticking straight up in the air. CLEARLY COFFEE | When Gibbs takes a sip of Caf-Pow! and then spits it back into the cup. Gibbs hands the cup back to Abby. CLEARLY FOR GIBBS NOT CAF-POW! |
| When the air conditioner is broken and it is around 100 degrees in the NCIS building and Gibbs is sitting at his desk drinking HOT coffee. CLEARLY COFFEE FOR GIBBS BUT NOBODY ELSE. When questioned how on earth he could drink the coffee in such heats, he replied "it keeps me cool". | When Tony walks into the lab with no caf-pow and says "You'll have to do this one caffeine" Abby says "Bite your tongue rule 9 always keep a spare"and she walks to her fridge thing and gets 1 out of there lol!!! |
| When McGee and Tony are at the Coffee shop watching Agent Lee and McGee takes the fake "Gibbs Sip", and he tells Tony about it, who has finished drinking his coffee and needs to go to the restroom! (Episode: Deception) | |
| When Gibbs is talking to the Director and she gets his coffee and takes a gulp and makes a disgusted face. Clearly the coffee is made only for Gibbs. | |
