As you pointed out, Sorgina, Gibbs is becoming less cowboyish. Is Gibbs becoming soft? Or are we just seeing the tough marine has a gentle side that appears once in a while? Right now it seems like he's losing his edge and being moved to the background.

Gibbs is less cowboyish, his 'non-existent' relationship with Fornell, is now a solid friendship. We've seen Tony grow particularly from Kate's death, which is when he also seemed to show an understanding for McGee's feelings. Ziva's English is improving. Jen's gradually beginning to handle her role as director and realise you can't be palsy-walsy with those below you much as you'd like to. Abbs' intelligence is becoming more and more obvious although she's lost none of her quirkiness. Gibbs seem to headcuff just about everybody now and not just Tony. Little by little we're finding out about Gibbs' background his first wife Shannon and their daughter Kelly. Some still remain very shallow like special agent Lee, who apart from bonking with Jimmy at every opportunity, being a law graduate seems to be little good at anything else - apart from telling tales on her colleagues when Tony was heading the team
