Chapter 1
Ziva walks into the NCIS squad room looking furious. Tony looks up and says, “Looks like someone woke pup on the wrong side of the bed…” Ziva glared at him and sat down. She didn’t say anything. Tony and McGee both looked concerned. McGee asked, “Ziva? Is something wrong?” Ziva booted her computer and said, “If I tell you, I’m going to have to kill you!”
Tony put a silly look on his face and said, “Oh! So it’s catch 22 then!” Ziva remained quiet, gave him a deadly looklook, and her eyes burned with anger. Tony’s smile faded. McGee then got up and said, “Well I’m out of here!” Tony threw a ball of paper at him and said, “Who gave you permission Probie?!” McGee replied saying, “It’s a Saturday! I’m going to get coffee before Gibbs arrives. HimHe anddoesn't Saturday’slike mixto likework himon anda Saturday cellat phones!”all!”
McGee started to make his way to the elevator. Tony, who was scared that McGee was leaving him with an angry Ziva, stuck his leg out and tripped him. He fell to the floor and landed beside Ziva’s desk. He got up and noticed something. Something suspicious. On the sleeve of sweater there was fresh blood.
Ziva noticed what McGee was looking at. She gave him a dirty look. McGee quickly walked to the elevator, awaiting the conversation he knew was coming. As the elevator doors opened McGee almost bumped into a grumpy looking Gibbs. McGee got into the elevator and said, “Going for a coffee run!” Gibbs noticed McGee’s worried face and was about to ask what was wrong, but the elevator doors had closed.
McGee drove to the coffee shop, parked, and entered. As he waited for his coffee, he noticed a strange man cradling a brief case, as if something important or fragile was inside. McGee purchased his coffees and took one last look at the strange man. He exited the shop and got into his car. He drove towards the NCIS parking garage. Once McGee got parked in the garage he looked over to Ziva’s parking space. He noticed her car wasn’t there...

Chapter 2
McGee walked into the squad room and stopped in front of Ziva’s empty desk. He turned around and was shocked to see that the man he saw in the coffee shop was behind him. He was still holding on to his mysterious briefcase. The man walked over to McGee and askedasked, in a heavy Israeli accent, “Where is Ziva?”Ziva David?” Gibbs got up and joined McGeeMcGee. andHe asked the man, “What do you want her for?” The strange man was quick in his reply, “Her sister gave this to me,me. She wanted me to give it to her.”
“He was quick with his reply, almost too quick. Wait! Ziva told me about her sister before. He’s lying!” Gibbs thought. He remembered seeing a photo that had Ari, Ziva, and another girl in it at Ziva’s.it. Ziva had caught him looking and explained. He turned towards the man and said, “Ziva’s sister is dead.” McGee was about to question Gibbs’s answer but decided not to. Tony looked shocked, “Ziva has a sister?! What happened?!” Gibbs, remained looking at the man, but answered Tony’s question, “She was killed, in a Hamas suicide bombing!”
The manman, knowing his lie had been detected, turned on the spot,spot and made a run for it. Tony, as quickly he could took his gun out and yelled, “Freeze!” heThe man continued to run so Tony tried to shot him in the ankle.ankle, but Unfortunatelyunfortunately he missed. The man dropped his brief case and ran for the elevator. Tony ran towards him but the elevator doors had already closed. Tony grabbed the briefcase and put it on top of Gibb’s desk. The rest of the team joined him. McGee started to open one of the clasps when it started to beep.
Gibbs recognized the beep and immediately opened itit, revealing a bomb. GibbsGibbs, as quickly as he could, tried to figure out how to disarm it. As the timer reached 5 seconds to destructiondestruction, Gibbs cut the red wire and the whole thing shut down. Once they were sure it was disarmed they took it down to Abby so that she could help them look it over for evidence. Once in Abby's lab, they opened it again. This time Gibbs noticed an envelope that had already been readopened, before inside. He put on a pair of gloves and carefully opened it, reading it out loud:

The bomb or the person sent to kill her!” “No Tony. Earlier this morning, when you tripped me…”me…" “Oh sorry aboutabout thatthat Probie…’Probie!" TonyTony interrupted. “Not the point! When I got up, there was fresh blood on the sleeve of sweater. I think it was hers.” Tony gasped, “What happened to her?!” McGee hit the elevator button again, restarting it, “Tony, that’s what I need your help to find out!”
