I loved this episode!!! Really special! Puppies, competent!Tony and Abby and Gibbs cuddling in the end! Plus focus on Abby. Great for me.
What if Abby wasn't exactly adopted? Say, there was a switch-up at the hospital, and there's a family somewhere with a deaf daughter, who would be the Sciutos' biological one. That would explain such wonderful parents not telling her she was adopted - because as far as they knew, she wasn't.
