Ya think?! Sorry, but I thought this was common knowledge. In 'Truth or Consequences' 7.1, Tony is loaded with truth serum, and when Ziva asks why he came to rescue her. Although he says, "Couldn't live without you, I guess", he is fighting hard to not say, "because I love you"., although the inflection in his voice says it anyway. He also warns her that she should not ask anything for which she might not be prepared for the answer, because of the truth serum. While there are many possibilities there, in the context of the dialog I think it's also indicative that he might let his guard down and tell her how he feels about her. There was genuine pain on Tony's face when they left Ziva in Israel. There was pain when he saw her on the news footage bloody and appearing unconscious from the nightclub explosion. There are coy thought provoking smiles sprinkled everywhere. The writers are doing a great job of creating those moments that depict emotional pain and genuine affection that is shared by someone falling in .love, not by just a coworker/partner.
