• McGee in a tuxedo
  
• When Tony calls McGee, McPanic, after he finds radiation in the car
• Everybody talking on the phone and then say together "And do not talk to the press"
• Tony saying "It's good for ratings"
• Gibbs not letting McGee change when asking for another minute, saying "You had your minute"
• McGee saying "Oh, I was going to say black, but I guess red works too."
  
• Tony asking Gibbs if he wants to knock down the door and Gibbs shows him his shoulder. Tony says "Sorry, forgot."
• Ziva, "This is going to get ugly". Tony, "I hope so."
• "Where's Ziva?" - McGee; "Bringing the popcorn" - Tony
• Ziva running back with popcorn, even though she's late
• Ziva burning the first batch of popcorn
• McGee saying "I'm going to go get a haircut" as he did before "I'm going to get a Nutter-Butter"
• DiNozzo and Ziva debating who would win in a fight, just like McGee and Abby did before
• When McGee starts to tell Gibbs to cut the black wire and Gibbs cuts the red one.
• After the lawyer annoys Gibbs, DiNozzo says, "Calling security".
• Gibbs getting the suspect to sign the attorney waiver before getting serious.
• Vance saying, "I guess we have better nerds than you do".
• All the scenes with conversations about the Tap Dance tournament.
• Palmer dancing with his iPod and Ducky and Gibbs walking in on him.
• McGee in the dentist office: "Didn't really need to hear that"
  

• Gibbs was nice and let the wedding finish before going out on the scene
  
• Tony and Ziva have a heart to heart
• Gibbs and the lawyer, sitting in a tree etc. etc. etc.
  
• Tony is seeing a "therapist."
  

• Rena Sofer made her first appearance three episodes earlier (7.11 Ignition) This is her second appearance on NCIS as Margaret Allison Hart.
