• Palmer cleaning the floor, laughing as realization dawns on Dinozzo and McGee.
• McGee and Tony getting duped by Abby to help clean.
• Abby upset that her FBI boss got a chair because "He kills bunnies."
• Abby seeing the screwdriver in Tony's hands on the videophone.
• Ziva babbling away at how annoying Tony can be when he starts talking incessantly.
• When the team was expecting Ducky to tell one of his stories, and then Palmer basically told the story and the team were looking at him. Then when he realized he was still talking, he stopped to give the explanation, "I wrote a paper on it," then mentioned how the victim died and of signs of asphyxiation, Ducky replies "Did you write a paper on that too?"
• Abby's Lab For Dummies, with McGee on the cover art.
• Tony's "spring cleaning" of his desk (and the fuzzy handcuffs he finds).

• Abby names her teeth.
• Gibbs thinks Ziva is a little annoying.
  
• Abby knows how to play chess.
  
• Palmer finally learning to not be in the room with Ducky and Gibbs.
  
• Gibbs respecting Abby's wishes even if he doesn't agree with them
• Abby has never had a cavity, and 'never will'.
• McGee says he has a degree in Biomedical Engineering along with several other degrees. The only other degree we have been aware of is his degree in Computer Forensics. Apparently, he has acquired other degrees along the way. It's established in Sub Rosa (season 1 ep 7) that McGee has degrees from MIT (Computer Forensics-also related in "Witness" Season 2 ep 14) and a degree from Johns Hopkins (biomedical engineering). He spoke about all that in "Witness" when relating why he was an NCIS officer.
