Scarecrow4 Overnight Nielsen Ratings for "Dead Reckoning" 7 Apr 1 2009, 11:03 PM EDT by Ydnam96

Here are the Overnight Nielsen Ratings for Episode 20 "Dead Reckoning"...Definitely was a down night for NCIS...

Of course American Idol and Fox ruled the night in both demos. NBC’s Biggest Loser and Law and Order:SVU lead it to second, just topping CBS in the 18-49 demo. ABC’s Cupid premiered weakly, behind a Dancing With the Stars that was again humbled by Idol. The new Fox Osbourne’s Reloaded premiere managed to hang onto almost half of the Idol audience.

Fox’s audience for the night was pretty close to what it was two weeks ago when American Idol last ran on Tuesday. It’s Osbournes Reloaded premiere managed a 4.1 adults 18-49 demo rating in the half hour that it was alone. Not bad at all. However,It wasnt shown in almost 11% of the U.S.

Both NBC and CBS, moved up in both adult demos from their last standard night two weeks ago. with CBS finishing second in the 18-49 demo at 8pm, and NBC taking over second at 9pm and then first at 10pm.

All bad news for ABC, it finished way behind Univision in adults 18-34, a Better Off Ted repeat was 6th in the demos at 8pm, Dancing with the Stars was again crushed by Idol , and the premiere of Cupid was weak. Here are Cupid’s half hours:10pm 2.5/7, 1.9/6, 8.64; 1030pm: 2.1/6, 1.6/5, 6.49. Note that Cupid may have had some Dancing overrun in its first half hour.

Show ----------- 18-49 Rating / Share ---------- Total Viewers in Millions

1.American Idol -------- 8.7 / 23 ---------- 23.52 Mil.

2.The Mentalist -------- 3.8 / 9 ---------- 16.92 Mil.

3.NCIS ---------- 3.4 / 9 ---------- 16.83 Mil.

4.DWTS ---------- 3.0 / 7 ----------- 13.00 Mil.

5.Without A Trace ----------- 2.9 / 8 ----------- 12.70 Mil.
