• The entire passage with Ducky under the influence of morphine, but especially the piece where he calls Gibbs "sweetie".
  
  
• Mr. Palmer trying to talk to the corpse in autopsy like Ducky does.
  
  
• Tony does not know he is addressing the Ambassador, and Ziva has to tell Tony that the man he is speaking with is the Ambassador.

• Nina Foch, the actress who played Ducky's mother, Mrs. Mallard had recently passed away, thus Ducky explaining to Gibbs that she had "moved out". The whole scene about the Starling is likely a tribute to Mrs. Foch loosely disguised as being directed at Dr. Mallard..
