When Gibbs digs under his workbench to find HIS computer, blows the dust off it & hands it to McGee to hack into the FBI files, the look on McGee's face is priceless!!
Abby totally befuddling the FBI agent Fornell & Vance during her interrogation was hilarious!
The contraption McGee cobbles together to get a wireless signal from his iPhone.
Gibbs patting Agent Wentworth on the chest, reaching into his pocket & warning him,"You're going to have to stop me!" (from leaving the room) & what shows up in Gibbs' cellar that McGee needed !!
The look of glee on Ziva's face when Gibbs hands her the switchblade to use on the FBI; and when he tells her it's for the car tires, not their throats, she looks disappointed.

Gibbs and the Director's memories of the event in the Director's study where the Director gives Benoit her gun differ. The Director remembers Benoit taking the gun. Gibbs remembers Benoit leaving the gun. Gibbs goes along with the Director's memory of the event. But he does not seem comfortable with it. The Director and Gibbs seem to be growing farther apart as this season has progressed, although he is still very protective of her.
This is the first appearance of Assistant Director Leon Vance.
Assistant Director Vance seems to have the impression that Gibbs and the Director are currently involved romantically and disapproves.

After seeing "Bury your Dead" again it is pretty clear Jen killed The Frog. In "Internal Affairs" the important information had to do with the gun used to kill him. It is clear in the BYD episode that when Gibbs puts the now loaded gun magazine on the desk the gun was still there and The Frog did not have it with him on the boat. Jen had Kort come in with the confession to close the situation. The only hole in the story other than Jen being sloppy and using her own gun is the thumb tap. She is not a trained martial artist and would not have normally done that. She may have sent Kort off to do the deed.

The whole Jenny/Frog story was stupid. I am glad it is over.

i just saw this episode however i did know what happened and know the finnally, but we are slightly behind in australia (no thanks to channel 10). i just realised how horrible and learky that S.O.B. of a replacment for jen is W.T.F. could they have found no one better, or at least someone not so repulsive and unlikable. i could tell just from the look of him, before i realised who he was i hated him, it was just this slimy erk feeling. i understand we are not ment to like him, but honestly, it's a crime show, we are ment to hate the bad guys not the assistent director (i refuse to call him a director as 1. it hasn't happened hear and 2. i hope he dies befor the first episode) he is i think a supposed good guy, thought not doing a very good job at it.

also what the hell is with that toothpick, i just wanna bump him so he swollows it and chokes, prefrebly before the finnally. also why is he director, why wouldn't jenny have had her own picked out, especially if she knew she was going to die.

i don't know i just needed to put this somwhere, p.s. out of intrest who agrees, and am i being too soft?

Is anyone else unhappy with the choice of Assistant Director? I know Jenny's on her way out, but I think they could have found a better replacement for her.
