• Tony bringing dinner to Jeanne in the hospital car park.
  
  
• Ziva asking Gibbs if he's heard from Tony.
  
  
• Gibbs saying Tony and Ziva got married and didn't tell him.

• Jeanne's character still seems to grow, and she and Tony are being watched by someone.
  
  
• Ziva gets more suspicious of Tony, even going so far as asking Gibbs where he is. She's concerned that he may be having a relapse of the pneumonic plague.

• In this episode, McGee says: "If I'd told you guys I was writing a novel, you would have laughed at me." He actually did mention to Tony that he was writing back in "Dead Man Talking" and you can probably guess Tony's reaction to that.
  
  
• The Arabic writing that appears at the bottom of the banner in the garage is the Shahada - a profession of the Islamic faith. The translation is "(I testify) There is no God but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of God". However, the second word is misspelled, so the writing that appears is the paradox: "There is no Allah but Allah."
  
  
• The first time we hear Tony's undercover name 'DiNardo' it is at the bit where he is having dinner with Jeanne and takes out a box of pasta and says "Pasta a la DiNardo".
  
  
• When Jeanne asks if the idea of bringing her dinner alfresco was from a movie, Tony looks down and to the left before answering--a sure sign of a lie.
