Because Sarah wasn't a character in this episode. In this show, Tony takes McGee's ipod and looks at his pictures in which he sees numerous ones of a girl, which they believe to be McGee's girlfriend-- these are pictures of Sarah McGee, McGee's younger sister.

I have not seen this episode, i have only read what has been written on this page. In the recap it doesn't mention anything about McGee's sister Sarah, but she is listed in the recurring cast. Was she actually in the episode or is this an error?
