Synopsis:
Tony is accused of murdering a woman whose body was found at Quantico, and the team must prove his innocence. All the possible evidence proves that Tony is guilty, and the team will do their best to set their agent and friend free.

Trivia:
  • This is the first episode in which Lauren Holly is billed as a regular character in the main titles.
  • The personnel in the evidence garage hate Tony because he never waits his turn to check in evidence and he calls the women "Baggy Bunnies."
  • Tony's ID # (SS#?) is 562-F1-3511 . He has brown hair, hazel eyes, is 6' 2" and weighs 175 lbs.
  • In the commentary for this episode featured in the season three DVD's, Michael Weatherly, who plays Tony revealed that his lines were hidden on the back of his camera in the scene where the team first find the glove in the forest.
  • After the Opening Credits, if you look carefully, you can see that Ziva is reading The Handbook of American Slang which is probably used to help Ziva with her English.
  • Gibbs' dad had Betty Grable painted on the nose of his P-51.
  • When asked by Gibbs if he quit, real-life NCIS Director David Brant replies that he refers to it as a "lateral movement into the recreational sector" (retirement). Director Brant retired from NCIS in December 2005.
  • In the commentary, Michael Weatherly says that they did make a real mold of his teeth for that scene in Abby's lab, during which he actually lost a filling and had to go to the dentist to get it repaired.
  • Michael Bellisario, who plays "Chip" is Sean Murray's (McGee) stepbrother.

        I think it's interesting how everyone has commented on the use of the drum solo under the montage, but me...I was captivated by the solo itself as it sounded familar to me. Had anyone identified if it was based on a real drum solo? Because it really sounds like the Drum Duet track on Genesis' album, "Genesis Live: The Way We Walk, Vol. 2 (The Longs).

        I recently bought the S3 dvd set, and in this episode, when Tony and Ziva are talking about the bagging and tagging of the rubbish, there is something on the hat, but cut ot next shot, there is nothing, but cut back, it is there. i thought it was my moniter, but it doesnt show up on any other movies or applications i run full screen. is it just me or the episdoe?
