• The look on Tony's face after Ducky said " There is evil afoot that must be cast asunder."
  
  
• Palmer sticking his foot in his mouth in Gibbs' basement while talking to Gibbs as Ducky sits in the shadows.
  
  
• Ziva coming up from behind and scaring McGee after she checked to see if there was a back way out of Del Finney's apartment.
  
  
• Ducky knowing and singing some of the lyrics of one of Del Finney's songs while he and Del Finney were in Interrogation, then of course Del Finney continuing the song some time after Ducky stopped singing.
  
  
• Ducky talking to the next corpse he and Palmer had in Autopsy after Ducky was reinstated after his medical leave.

• Abby imitating Gibbs in her lab after Gibbs told Ducky to keep Ducky from acting as the M.E. instead of acting in the consulting/special agent capacity he was in.
  

• Gibbs allows Ducky to work on his cold case which leads to the team's case, but not as the M.E. Ducky acts as an special agent due to rule # 38 - "Your case, your lead."
  
  
• By the end of the episode everything returns to normal; Ducky is reinstated as NCIS' M.E., Palmer returns to being Ducky's assistant.
  
  
• Rocker Del Finney prefers to go by his stage name instead of his given name.
  
• Ziva says the team is complete when she says "We are finally whole again."
  
  
• Ducky speaks French fluently like Ziva.
  

• This was the first episode without Vance of the season.
• The lid popped off Abby's Caff-pow which PP said wasn't in the script but they decided to leave it in.
