Funny Moments:
  • Tony's inability to use chopsticks.
  • Tony talking to Abby about his undercover disguise and it turns out that Tony dresses as a telephone lineman so he can plant electronic equipment so Abby can triangulate the sounds of the sniper's gunshots. Abby and Tony (and later Kate) joke about The Village People .
  • When Kate forgets to take off her cover, then gets chided for forgetting to put her cover back on
Trivia:
  • Gibbs mentions that the white feather is a trademark of Carlos Hathcock, a Marine sniper in Vietnam with 93 confirmed kills to his credit. Hathcock was nicknamed "Long Tra'ng du K'ich" (White Feather) by the Vietnamese. In the wars of yester year, i.e. 1914-18, 19th century and earlier, a white feather was the symbol of cowardice, and it was not uncommon for a soldier considered a coward to find such a feather in his belongings.
  • When they were looking for the white feather in the original recruitment office, Tony started complaining about the fact it was he who had to crawl around on the floor, and the lack of cleanliness - he hit some old chewing-gum. Kate who was looking through some cupboards, opened one full of cockroaches, and without warning Tony she said she'd gladly change places, and of course Tony fell hook line and sinker - it was one of the funny moments.
  • Gibbs' rules: rule #9 - Never go anywhere without a knife.

Assuming Gibbs is wearing his old Gunny's uniform... can we freeze on his ribbons and find out more about his service that way? I don't know anything about it, just a thought.
